Cairnwise is an online, digital AI planning and generation tool. You describe a project and the service produces roadmaps, milestones, RACI matrices, risk registers, walkthrough outlines and exportable Project Briefs. It is a software subscription only — there are no physical goods, shipping or on-site services.

Cairnwise is not a licensed project management, legal, financial, HR or health-and-safety advisory service. Content about legal, financial, employment/HR, health-and-safety or regulatory matters is general information only and does not replace a qualified professional. You are responsible for verifying obligations that apply in your jurisdiction. Plans, timelines, risks and estimates are AI-assisted suggestions based on your inputs and are not a guarantee of any outcome. See the AI Disclaimer.

You must be at least 13 to use Cairnwise; users aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Payment terms: plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with no credits and no stored value. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use Cairnwise lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use it to plan illegal or harmful activity, or enter other people's confidential or personal data without a lawful basis.

You keep ownership of the project information you enter and the outputs generated for you, as set out in the Content License. The Cairnwise software, brand and interface remain our property.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or change features. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Cairnwise is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated plans, for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of your projects. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
