How do I export my plan?

Run a project through the workspace to the Export step and download the Project Brief. Planner and Delivery include all five plan visuals.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Manage your subscription from your account billing portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current billing period; monthly allowances do not roll over.

The walkthrough won't build.

Generate a plan first, then build the kickoff or status walkthrough from the Visuals step. If it still fails, email us with your project type and we'll help.

Can I use Cairnwise for compliance-critical planning?

Cairnwise gives AI-assisted planning suggestions, not professional advice. For legal, financial, HR or health-and-safety obligations, verify with a qualified professional.
