This explains ownership and the licences that apply to what you put into Cairnwise and what it generates for you.

1. Your inputs stay yours
You keep all ownership of the project information, briefs and any documents you enter into Cairnwise. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.
2. Licence you grant us
To run the service, you grant STROME PROJECT CONSULTING LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and transform your inputs solely to generate your plans, visuals, walkthroughs and exports, and to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.
3. Your generated outputs
Subject to your active subscription, you own the plans, roadmaps, RACI matrices, risk registers, walkthrough outlines and Project Briefs generated for you, and you may use them for your own projects and clients. Generated illustrative sample imagery shown on this site is ours and is not licensed for separate reuse.
4. No training on your content
We do not use your inputs or generated outputs to train AI models. Where an AI provider is used to generate a result, it is used only to produce that result for you.
5. Export and deletion
You can export your Project Brief at any time and request deletion of your project data by contacting support@stromeproject.shop.
6. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you provide and for how you use the outputs. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
